As part of the preliminary building inquiry, realistic 3D visualizations were created to illustrate the planned development within its open, rural surroundings. The renderings helped clearly and convincingly present the project to the local municipality.
For this development project in the Nuremberg region, several 3D visualizations were created and used as part of the approval process. A key aspect of the project was the reuse of an existing 3D model from a previous assignment. This significantly reduced turnaround time and lowered costs without compromising on quality.
The visualizations depict the planned semi-detached houses from two angles: one from the south and one from the north. Rendered in a summery lighting atmosphere and realistic surroundings with vegetation and terrain, the scenes provide a harmonious integration into the rural setting.
The visualizations were based on the current construction plans, with particular focus on the plot layout. The project was specifically prepared for presentation in selected perspectives to clearly convey both the architectural impact and its relationship to the surrounding environment.
