Visualizations were created for the approval process to show how the planned semi-detached houses integrate into the open, rural surroundings. They supported the local authorities in assessing the building project.
For a development project near Nuremberg, several 3D visualizations were created and used both in the approval process and for real estate marketing. The perspectives shown here illustrate the planned buildings within their spatial context: one view highlights how the semi-detached houses integrate into the open, rural landscape, while the other presents a street-level perspective.
The visualizations are based on CAD data and architectural plans and were carefully adapted to the specific conditions of the site. Building shapes, plot layouts, and the positions of existing trees were accurately reproduced. In addition, several aerial renderings were created at different times of day to capture varying lighting moods and present the project from multiple angles.
Thanks to the realistic presentation, the development can be clearly and convincingly evaluated even in the early planning stages. These high-quality 3D visualizations support developers and project planners in coordinating with local authorities and in marketing the project in the Nuremberg region.
