For a residential project near Heidelberg, several 3D visualizations were created to showcase different facade variants of a planned apartment building. The images were developed for the approval process and support coordination with the city authorities and heritage conservation office.
Particular attention was given to accurately recreating the surrounding environment. Colors, materials, and building structures were carefully matched to ensure realistic integration into the existing urban landscape. Specific details, such as the historic brick wall of the neighboring, heritage-protected building, were also precisely reconstructed. The facade variants were developed for Wiegand Hausbau.
The different versions showcase alternative facade designs and allow for an early assessment of the architectural impact within the context of the neighboring buildings. These high-quality 3D visualizations help streamline coordination in the approval process and present the design in a clear and comprehensible way.
